For clients who prefer not to use insurance or who have higher copays, we also offer flexible subscription plans—allowing you to focus on your healing with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Intake Session – 60 minutes

- Priority scheduling with a reserved weekly time
- Weekly therapeutic homework and progress tracking to support growth between sessions
Bi-Weekly Plan – 2 sessions/month

Bonus: Flexible scheduling and access to exclusive worksheets and guides. Save $10 per session and avoid copays or insurance delays.

Monthly Support Group

Connect, grow, and celebrate your breakthroughs in a safe, therapist-led space. Each month, we tackle real-life topics—like boundaries, stress, relationships, and self-care—while providing tools and support to help you thrive. Spots are limited, so join us and take the next step in your journey! Offered on the last Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm.

Maintenance / Mini Session – 30 -45 minutes

FAQS
Payment & Policies
– Payments are made via credit/debit card or electronic transfer
– Subscriptions recur until you inform therapist of change.
– You may pause or cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice
– Sessions scheduled during the notice period will still be billed
– Missed sessions without proper notice may not be refunded
– Sessions are scheduled at the beginning of each month
– 24-hour notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling
Student Plan Eligibility
College students or clients with limited income may be eligible for therapy at a reduced sliding scale rate. Proof of enrollment or income may be requested to confirm eligibility.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All sessions are confidential according to Texas LCSW regulations and HIPAA standards.
Records are securely maintained and shared only with client consent or as legally
required.
